Welcome to my Website... I am dedicated to helping my clients fit regular massage into their schedules and budgets! Massage and other forms of bodywork therapy are often viewed as a luxury, however, I believe that it is a necessary part of maintaining our body, mind and spirit. The same reasoning behind taking care of our cars or home heating system applies to taking care of ourselves: if we break down we become less productive and are unable to fulfill our purpose for being. Often times, it is costly, time consuming and unpleasant to get ourselves up and running again.
